Westland Storage – A Review
For the last 40 years, I’ve invested in real estate. It’s always proven a
reliable investment. Just buy a property, and hold it for at least 5 years
then sell for a profit.
Real estate is one of the most reliable investments you can make.
Someone wisely said, “Buy land ’cause they’re not making any more of it”.
But how does somebody come up with a 10% deposit with these sky-high prices nowadays?
Finally, I found the answer.
At first, I thought it was just one storage site somewhere in the U.S.
I had read in a business magazine that one growth industry today is
With apartments getting smaller each year, and higher in price, people
don’t have enough room to store their “stuff”, so they have to store it
in storage bins.
That makes sense. We all accumulate a lot of “stuff” over the years, don’t we?
But when I joined as a free member of Westland Storage, I was very impressed
with the layout of their website.
You can advance through different levels to earn more through investing with
them and earn daily payments.
Before I invest in any deal, online or offline, it’s necessary to do some research.
So who’s behind Westland Storage?
It’s 2 brothers, Brandon and Brian Williams in Michigan. They started this company in 2001, so that’s a successful 17 year track record.
After buying some properties in Michigan, they branched out and became owners in commercial real estate all over the U.S.
First, let’s look at traditional real estate today.
Look around you and you’ll see real estate prices are probably
higher than last year or the year before. Tradesmen’s union rates are higher this year, the cost of materials and shipping is higher, maybe tariffs are higher for certain products, and digital currencies are here to stay.
In a real estate deal, you have to deal with banks, lawyers, real estate agent’s fees, negotiations, taxes, deadlines, problem renters, utility breakdowns, city ordinances, etc.
But with Westland Storage, you simply buy a certain percentage of the real estate, sit passively, and watch it increase daily.
Nothing could be easier.
Good so far, but have there been any complaints about the company?
After doing a Google search, there are some whiners who say its a Ponzi scheme.
Anytime there’s digital currency involved, somebody always yells “Scam”.
Its best to check with the Better Business Bureau instead of skeptics
calling everything a scam.
So which source do you trust the most, the whiners who never invested
and just call it a scam… OR the BBB?
